From Classroom to Calling
I'm Jyotsna Singh, an educator, communication coach, and emotional intelligence specialist working closely with teachers and education professionals. My work bridges psychology, communication, and lived classroom realities to help educators grow personally and professionally.
With over 15 years of experience in education, literacy development, and teacher training, I've worked across classrooms, institutions, and leadership spaces. I didn't start as a coach. I started as a teacher who faced the same pressures, the same self-doubt, the same silence that so many educators carry.
I built myself step by step through the very spaces where I now guide others. That lived experience is the foundation of everything I teach. Every framework, every tool, every conversation I lead is tested in real classrooms, real challenges, and real relationships that teachers navigate every day.

With a background in Holistic Development of Children (B.Ed & M.Ed, New Zealand) and a Master's in Clinical Psychology, I integrate science, psychology, mindfulness, and emotional intelligence into practical, classroom-ready strategies.
I am a Certified EI/EQ Trainer and a CELTA-certified English Language Trainer (British Council), with expertise across curriculum design, content analysis, and all four language skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
My research on Developing a Reading Personality and Inclusion has shaped literacy programmes that move beyond functional reading into holistic learner development.
